Flexible Cable

Flexible cables are manufactured from electrolytic bright annealed bare copper conductor, insulated with specially formulated PVC Compound for Flexible which is resistant to moisture, chemicals, grease, etc and has very high insulation resistance and consistency. In case of multicore cables the insulated cores are laid up to form a concentric shape. Outer sheathing is provided with soft flexible PVC Sheathing Compound to facilitate not only ease in stripping but also to ensure toughness to withstand mechanical abrasions in use. Flexible cables are cables specially designed to cope with the tight bending radii and physical stress associated with moving applications, such as inside cable carriers.
